Sicko

I had a simple dental procedure on Mon. went fine, then I had a horrindous, awful, earth shattering reaction to the medicene he used to deaden the area, it was about 2 hours after I had it done that this happened and I went through pure hell for about 2 hours. I started to feel achy, and within minutes I was shaking uncontrollably, chills, I had 2 blankets on me, a heating pad, the heat was on in the house and I had to have my neighbor come over because if I had indeed died from this (just kidding, but not really) I didn't want to be alone with my kids. I was shaking so hard she had to hold my legs down, I couldn't talk very good, and Jim was calling every few minutes and we're planning for the ambulance to come and get me, my neighbor Sherry got me a darvasett? to help with my pain, and in the meantime I had called the dentist and when he called me back he said he had heard of this once in his entire career, it was a very rare happening, (leave it to me to be his second occurence, what a record setter I am) well, I eventually started to come to, if you will, and stopped shaking so violently, the doctor said it was making it's way out of my blood stream and I should be fine after that, he was soooo incredibly wonderful and supportive to me and was very concerned, so after the whole horrible episode was over I was left with a headache and feeling very weak and numb from this ordeal. You see, with my ms any kind of stress can make you feel symptomatic, esp. the kind I had just had, my feet were not cooperating very well, but after having some cottage cheese to eat and some iced tea courtesy of my wonderful kids, I was slowly coming back to life!!!!! BUT, I have been left feeling kind of yucky since then, so I am just taking my antibiotic the doctor gave me for the infection, and advil for the soreness, and the actual tooth area that was distracted feels fine and hasn't given me any problems. So, as of now I am really feeling on the mend, fingers crossed and hope to never, ever have to experience that kind of mess again!!!

Webkinz craze!!!!!!

It's all about the Webkinz these days at our house!!! but oh, they are so fun and cute! my kids are just now getting into this craze, Hannah got 2 last year for her bday but we never played with them on the computer, and then she started getting more interested in them a few months ago and that's what compelled me to get them one for Valentines Day! so now they are waaay into them and fight over the computer (sheesh)!! they take care of them, they are conscious of how much $$ they have and when they get low they go earn some more, so it's a good deal! last night I heard them laughing and they called me in so they could show me that Cameron got a car for his dog and it was so adorable driving around in it, I asked them what other ones they would like and C said he wants the snake and an Alaskan husky, and H is game for whatever, so I am thinking they might just find one hidden in there Easter baskets this year, it sure beats a ton of candy!! Anyway, we are missing our daddy, as he is in East Texas and we won't see him until next weekend, but that's okay we're just keepin busy with all our activities. I'd better run, I have some laundry that is screaming at me.

Effects of the doorbell!!

I seriously think this is a funny happening, the other afternoon my son was home sick and laying in his bed with the door closed, I was in our room and the dog was on our bed sound to sleep... and all of a sudden THE DOOR BELL RANG! I look out the window and see the UPS man leaving me a delivery and I knew that was his way of letting us know we had a delivery, Cameron comes hauling out of his bedroom, the dog wakes up and runs to the door and I letting them know what the deal is, I was laughing so hard later on about this because whenever the door bell rings everyone in the house kinda freezes and is wondering who is on the other side of the door, I have talked to other people about this and they say the same thing, that sound is a combination of excitement/curiosity, what a simple excitement!!!

How darling is this banner??? I know, cutey, cutey! as you know I love all holidays and think they should all be celebrated in some way or the other. It doesn't matter what you do just as long as you "honor" it, if you will... I have a couple of ideas up my sleeves as to what I want to do for the most special people in my life and I am so excited!!! I hope you start making plans as to what you will do!!!
